Programme Manager for the implementation of the Project Management System (PMS) on mega, complex and refurbishment capital projects (coal, renewable, nuclear, transmission)

Development of the constructability and executability review processes and templates
Mentoring of the project management staff, skills transfer and optimization of resources and solutions across the projects

Ensure delivery of the projects in the programme
Have a thorough understanding of ALL the functions (Project Management, Project Controls, Procurement & Contracts, Engineering & Design, Construction & Commissioning, Information/deliverable management, Risk, etc) on a mega project and the business processes and applications to ensure compliance to the company standard.
Ability to develop an implementation approach for different technologies while still complying to the company standards.
Ability to manager cross-cultural teams in different geographic locations effectively.

My passion is to create an effective, integrated solution where cross-cultural teams can focus on working in their core skills area and provide supporting services/processes to manage the integration points and common areas. My proven approach is the identification of the golden tread within a project/work process and development of a solution that integrates all areas into a holistic, efficient whole.
