Involved in all production improvement activities and champions continuous improvement; liaises directly with upper management in order to determine production problems and find cost-effective solutions. Improved production line ergonomics which resulted in a 60% increase in daily production output. Skill area of competence includes: project management and coordination, production line commissioning and maintenance, product development and engineering / facility layout design, quality engineering and electronic PLC analysis and maintenance, PFMEA and the use of PLM software in projects. Budget planning, capital expenditure and customer interface.

Aspires to be employed in a leadership role, either nationally or internationally, and plans on completing his B.Tech Honours Qualification and to join a Mainstream MBA program soon after.

Commissioned robotic weld cell and robotic weld assembly units. Gained experience as Project Engineer on Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management as well as Project Quality Management.

Design the Entire Layout for the Production Lines and all Fabricated Equipment needed to Improve Ergonomics for MPT’s (Mass Production Trials).
Assist Fellow Engineers and Team Members with Tasks related to Projects.
Responsible for the Ordering of all Machinery and Machinery that needs to be designed in order to Produce Components.
Problem Solve and Find Dynamic Solutions Daily.
CMM Scanning and use Reports to Interpret the Accuracy of Components. – Project Integration Management: Includes the processes and activities needed to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities. – Project Scope Management: Includes the processes required to ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully. – Project Time Management: Includes the processes required to manage the timely completion of the project. – Project Quality Management: Includes the processes and activities of the performing quality policies, objectives, and responsibilities so that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken.
