Independent Consultant to the Plastics industry

With more than 45 years of experience both at senior management and shop floor level, he is passionate about people and the transfer of skills.

As injection moulding troubleshooting specialist he identifies and rectifies process problems whether it be mould, material or machine. Playing an instrumental role in aiding companies with assessing the existing skill level and training needs of their personnel he will also provide hands-on technical training, passing on his extensive knowledge in technical injection moulding, the correct utilisation of plastic raw materials and quality control / management.

Familiar with labour law he is also available to assist with HR processes, the chairing of disciplinary hearings, CCMA representation and Bargaining Council matters.

Materials worked with: PC, ABS, PA6, PA66, PBT, PET, ABS/PC alloys, PC/PBT alloys, PPO, PVC, POLYOLIFINS, STYRENICS.
