8. Achievements: 

I’m keen in seeing constant growth and increased productivity. Since I joined the maintenance department in 2014 I have managed to lead a team effectively by instilling accountability and discipline hence we’ve realized improved plant conditions, efficiency and productivity. Work turnaround times have significantly improved. Overall asset management has also improved significantly. I’m a lead investigator for the entire maintenance team in SA. I was earmarked for training new Turbine Maintenance Managers so that they can effectively integrate into the organization. I’m mentoring various mentees within and outside the department.

Leading, mentoring and guiding, employing new and innovative strategies, change management and seeing immediate results, challenging status quo, constantly raising the bar by setting new targets.
