I’m keen in seeing constant growth and increased productivity. Since I joined the maintenance department in 2014 I have managed to lead a team effectively by instilling accountability and discipline hence we’ve realized improved plant conditions, efficiency and productivity. Work turnaround times have significantly improved. Overall asset management has also improved significantly. I’m a lead investigator for the entire maintenance team in SA. I was earmarked for training new Turbine Maintenance Managers so that they can effectively integrate into the organization. I’m mentoring various mentees within and outside the department.
