Some of her achievements include having represented Trainees at the Career SA video recording for the Top Employer status of the Brewery. Chosen to be part of her employer’s Africa Middle East Talent pool-FLMDP (First Line Managers Development programme) – Projects completed to date includes 1) Reduction of risks at the Caustic intake area and 2) Reduction of missing blanks at the wrapapaks. Chosen to be a Project Leader for hazardous chemical coordination project – making sure that all chemicals in the brewery are accounted for and all risk assessments are done and awareness thereof. Reduction of minor stops at wrapapaks – led a team that focused on reducing minor stops by following a Unified Problem Solving. Successfully lead and managed a team of 5 personnel (1 year). Implemented a new email communication system amongst Team-leaders.

Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

I am responsible for packaging material and product quality. My main purpose is to provide packaging department with support when having any issues with material by use of TMP mythologies, I also manage suppliers making sure they deliver materials that are in accordance to employer specifications.

Communications of clear standards when there are changes in materials
Engaging the suppliers when packaging is faced with defective materials
Be a lead in problem solving when there are trends of losses or defects

By nature I am a creative person, I have passion for gifting as well as people. In my free time I do gifts for people, wrapping as well as create invitations for events. I also love organizing small events, the planning and finally seeing the final product is what fulfils me. So by nature I love to be with people, which is a quality I take with to work as well. I engage a lot with o many people daily and that’s my selling points. I also love to travel, I had the opportunity to travel to the most beautiful places
