Managing a Portfolio value of BWP 1.5 Bn with multiple projects covering multiple disciplines incl. management, Construction, Property/residential development, Engineering, Structural, Environmental, SHE, Operational, Environmental on SIB and Asset management level
Extensive lifecycle financial analysis (Actuals vs. Planned values) on all projects within Portfolio on Capital investments.
Track and report on Portfolio with trends, scenarios and suggestive actions. Reporting on portfolio, finance, budget, accounting, accruals, schedules and risks.
Reviewing EV against scope, plan and schedule activities planned vs actuals, schedule lags and efficiency.
Liaise with clients on overall performance and to ensure alignment of execution strategies in delivering achievement of project KPIs.
