Successfully branded Company within the KZN region in terms of preferred contractor of choice and extensive amount of repeat business.This was done through strategic focus on employing the right people,non-negotiables on SHEQ Management and a high return on projects. Increased turnover from R100mil per year to R1.5 billion per year with an above market return. Aligned the business to target high barriers to entry projects with high risk. This reduced the competition and resulted in iconic projects being awarded to the Company. Was elected Chairman of the King Shaka Airport EPC Building Contract.
