To successfully complete the flagship project in the RSA Meat and Livestock industry. Multi-discipline and multi-million Rand project.

On time and with in the budget. To integrate all the various technologies and services to ensure an efficient operation of 20 000 sq meter of abattoirs, coolrooms and production facility. Solar plants and Biogas operation. Ensure all the statutory requirements are met and the new tar roads are completed per specification. All was met.

I am a very disciplined individual with a extremely highly level of resilience. My integrity is well respected by my seniors, colleagues and friends.
I am a father and grandfather with high family values.
I am married to a school teacher that started her school career with me in Gr. 1 at Thabazimbi.
I keep a very healthy status and work out daily as time allows me.
I am known to be respected by all people that I get in contact with.
I believe that one should always do the right thing for the right reasons.

Turnaround of the Golden Lions Rugby Union to ensure future success that is now appreciated by fans and players
Networking with all Governmental structures to ensure timeous completion of all IDC and relevant time lines. (Project included 15540 m2 of Abattoir, production facility, chillers and freezers, logistical facilities and administration building.
Turned business units into profitable businesses with  the  result that the shareholders could sell all three the companies directly and generate good wealth
Serve on the PPECB (Parastatal) as the Minister of Agriculture’s nomination for the third term
Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Director General Department of Agriculture for achievements in BEE projects.
Introduced an export council (MESA) under management of SAMIC which led to major export success.
Represent the red meat and ostrich industries on the Agriculture Trade Forum where all trade negotiations are debated to establish mandates for trade negotiators.
Work closely with Ministers, senior officials and parastatals on industry matters.
Built strong synergistic relations with industry structures i.e. Agricultural Business.
Developed a personal and strong relationship with Department of Trade and Industry and National Department of Agriculture members. Elected as one of eight Executive Council members of the International Meat Secretariat representing 142 member countries.
Elected as Vice-President of the International Meat Secretariat, during 17th World Meat Congress in Cape Town
Member of SADC Live Stock and Meat Forum (SALMF).
Leather Industry representative on DTI strategic Investment Group.
High acceptance by commercial forums in SA.
Handled all press communication on behalf of the total industry. This included Radio, Television and Printed press national and international.
Plan and execute a multi-million rand facility to accommodate the manufacturing and assembly of the G5 and G6 Artillery system

9. What do you absolutely love doing?

Getting people to work as a team and ensure that all set goals are met. To network with all levels internally and externally interact in and with the company.
Complex problems are my favorite human and technical.

My experience in various industries equipped me to feel comfortable to enter companies that need restructuring, are ready to expand, that need urgent turnaround support, need market development and growth.
