She has extensive experience in people strategy, organisational effectiveness, design and development, change management (mergers), project management, new setups and implementations (set up of the HR function from infancy), large scale retrenchments, executive coaching, team and Manager mentoring, assessment and HR operating model implementations.

Description of self, along with greater purpose and passions: I am an implementer and a diplomat that successfully delivers on mandates in an ethical manner. My reputation has been built on honesty and integrity. My purpose in life is to help others realise their full potential. On a totally different level, nature and music are what make me breathe in this crazy world.
Ideal business title: Title isn’t critical to me as I have discovered that an HR Executive in one business equates to an HR Manager in another business. The environment and opportunities to learn are what matters. However, if forced to give a title, I would say HR Director, Project Lead.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position: Key responsibilities and accountabilities of my ideal position would be to really partner with the various business units in order to deliver on strategy. I would like to understand the challenges of the various areas, review my areas, plan, implement and deliver on goals in order optimise organisational structures, processes and systems. I would also like to work with my team to help them be the best that they can be and to Coach the Executives in the respective areas.
What do you absolutely love doing? I absolutely love the challenge of a new project. Planning it, implementing it with all its curve balls, and delivering on it. A great feeling.
