To drive performance across the Logistics network, and to build capacity for the future. Success is measured by customer service satisfaction and profit achievement.

Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:

Internally with in my direct portfolio, managing Logistics margins, managing exports and imports, managing fleet planning and management, customer service, and Logistics systems and processes. Indirectly I need to drive performance through performance auditing, 3 annual logistics forums, and influencing the network. A key part of my role is to drive change and improve operational performance.

Description of self, along with greater purpose and passions:

People are my strength, and I believe my ability to drive change, and lead people is my greatest strength. I am able to back this with strong analytical skill, I have a natural ability to pull relevant data out of reports, and manage data to drive informed decision making.

travel department, creating capacity within the FMCG Logistics network, including opening the highly profitable mines facility, building the logistics capacity model and beginning implementation of the groups 10 year roll out plan, and implementing central planning and manufacturing planning in FMCG group. A truly customer centric change agent.
