Overall sales management responsibility for OR, NS and Profit contribution for South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique, Mauritius, Madagascar and Lesotho.
Management of Sales Managers in area of responsibility.

To own the sales targets for the company.
Responsible for developing sales strategy for sales area.
On a regular and continuous basis, exercise administrative judgement and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on people, costs and/or quality of service within the functional areas.

Personally I am a dynamic and committed individual who can take responsibility for my own work and my own goals, but I enjoy working with other people to reach a common goal. My academic and work experience has taught me excellent analytical, problem solving & management skills. Reflection is an important part of my personality and this has led me to develop a strong feeling for detail without losing sight of the whole picture.

Visited 31 countries within the Africa Continent.
Extensive experience/knowledge of the African continent in the Mining sector: Accra, Ghana Expatriate 2012 – 2014 and 2018 Expatriate, Mwanza, Tanzania.
Capital Sales & Aftermarket/Customer Services Management.
Surface Drill Rigs, Rock Tools (GET) & Crushing and Screening.
Account Management, Snr. Account Management, Key/Regional Account Management, GM: Aftermarket (Customer Service) Africa Continent: Crushing & Screening.
Proven track record of maintaining profitable growth, achievement of sales targets, retaining and growing customer base.

7. Achievements: 

General Manager responsible for complete account management experience with excellence as top priority. Also including Life-Cycle-Cost Agreement(s) for the 9 Southern African Countries incl. South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles etc. In previous role as Country Manager and Director leading sales teams across 11 East African countries: Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somali, South Sudan, Madagascar.
