Agricultural consulting and development, specializing in livestock breeding, feedlot, abattoir and meat retail, seed potato procurement and export as well as setting up of social responsibility programs for livestock and cropping.

Achievements: Played an instrumental part in developing a company farm from a ranching farm, with 600 breeding cows and 3000 sheep and no cropping, to a highly productive agricultural unit. Responsible for building 4 irrigation dams and the installation of 4 centre pivots together with drag line irrigation. Initiated the migration to irrigated seed potatoes G0 to G4 and intensive rye grass pastures for the fattening of beef cattle as well as the feedlot. Started an Agricultural Export Company that exported seed potatoes to Zambia, DRC & Mozambique and the accompanying consulting work with the potato farmers there. Instrumental in commencing with row cropping, both for commercial as well as feedlot use. This resulted in increasing the breeding cows to 1200 head. Responsible for building the new Office Block and Workshop Complex as well as the complete restoration of the Directors’ houses.
