Act as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external clients
Relationship management at Board level
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Proactively manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Manage all travel arrangements
Take minutes on request
Manage the day to day operations of the office, including ordering of office supplies
Produce Board level reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system
