As Operations Director (and shareholder) reporting to the Managing Director, provided strategic direction, jointly managed P&L, built capability and expertise, managed operations, overall project delivery, and built enduring relationships with key customers and business development. Contributed to the delivery of a seven-fold increase in revenue over a five year period.
