As design leader, I am tasked with overseeing the complete project from a designing stage, I interact with the customer directly and review the designers internally as well as with the customer.

Check designs and review tooling designs. Ensure that the designs meet the customer’s standards/ Ensure that the timeline is adhered to. Review fixtures to ensure functionality. Troubleshoot and conceptualise with the designers.

What do you absolutely love doing?

Conceptualising and troubleshooting problems.
Personally, I enjoy model and lego building as well as rock climbing which requires the above abilities.
