As design leader, I am tasked with overseeing the complete project from a designing stage, I interact with the customer directly and review the designers internally as well as with the customer.

Conceptualising and troubleshooting problems.
Personally, I enjoy model and lego building as well as rock climbing which requires the above abilities.
