Establishment and management of a Property Development company focused on low cost residential. Financial re-structuring of the business to ensure the most cost effective structure, and Business Development into Africa and the private sector to secure more diverse work for the company. Define and implement corporate procedures and structures for the company.

I am very comfortable when placed in more technical surrounding, but can also operate well in a theoretical/conceptual environment.
